M.I.K.I.D. is a non-profit, licensed outpatient clinic and family-run behavioral health organization serving children, youth, and families.
Through eight locations in Arizona, M.I.K.I.D. supports families with behavioral health, wellness, support, navigation, and family-centered care.
Over 80% of staff have lived experience as family members, parents, or young adults with behavioral health issues, and 51% of the Board of Directors have lived experience.
Services are organized around practical family support, youth programs, counseling, system navigation, and reunification assistance.
Helps strengthen families through interventions such as family support, counseling, and youth programs.
Assists families with navigating behavioral health systems, child-serving systems, and adult-serving systems, with support provided by individuals with lived experience.
Provides reunification support through the ParentSupport Now program and helps families facing alternative dispositions.

It is estimated that 13%–20% of children living in the United States experience a mental disorder in a given year. Because of the impact on children, families, and communities, children's mental disorders are an important public health issue.
Visitors are encouraged to support or engage with M.I.K.I.D. through volunteering, donations, events, careers, and shared stories.
